Membership packages frame ongoing assessment and family support — including a path to wearable SOS, immobility warnings, and experimental possible-fall alerts on the family portal. Below each pathway, swipe through example products often included or quoted with that plan.

Wearable care alerts

SOS, immobility, and possible-fall — on the family portal

Assisted, Premium, and NRI pathways include the Wearable Care Alert Kit when the assessment recommends it. Independent Living can add the kit as an option. Alerts appear in the Kushalaya family app — calm, plain language, not a wall of sensor noise.

  • SOS button

A press on the wearable sends a critical alert to the family portal — so distant relatives know within seconds, not after a missed call.

  • Immobility warning

When the band is online but shows no daytime motion for a configured window, families get a warning — distinct from SOS, and never confused with a powered-off band.

  • Possible-fall alert

Experimental fall sensing can nudge the family to check in. It is not a medical device — confirm in person when it matters.

Possible-fall detection is experimental and not medical-grade. Immobility uses motion triggers during active hours — power-off shows as offline, not immobility.
